Is Self-Publishing Right for You? Masterclass

A FREE 5-module online masterclass to help you decide if Self-Publishing is right for you and your book

Are You Ready to Learn Whether Self-Publishing is Right for You?

Do Any of These Sound Familiar...

You want to publish a book, but don’t know how to go about it.

You’ve heard lots of things about self-publishing; both good and bad, and don’t know what to believe.

You believe that getting a traditional publishing deal will make you a ‘real’ author but want to be sure you’re making the right choice; that the stream of potential rejection letters will be worth it in the end.

PROBLEM: You don’t have all the facts!

After working in the publishing industry for over 8 years, I know that there is a minefield of conflicting information out there about how to publish a book. Each side of the preverbal publishing fence is trying to convince you that their route to publishing is the best option.  In doing so, each publishing camp is keen to downplay any weaknesses in their own publishing method and trying to over-exaggerate the weaknesses in the competition.

I say “Enough!”

I know first-hand that it is scary enough just committing to writing and publishing a book without putting yourself in the middle of a pitched battle between traditional publishers and self-publishing advocates and having to decide which option is best for you without all the facts.

Your book is your baby; I get it because I’m an author too.  It’s your heart, mind and soul poured out onto paper and you want to make sure that you are giving it the best start in life that you possibly can. I know all the doubts and second-guessing that is probably rattling around in your brain, and I want to help you.

Hi, I’m Sam Pearce and it’s lovely to meet you!

I’m the founder of SWATT Books self-publishing consultancy and the author of three (soon to be four) books of my own. Since 2015 I’ve helped authors to publish over 200 titles across a wide range of non-fiction and fiction genres.  My mission is to help as many authors as possible to tell their stories professionally, credibly, and ethically, and retain full control over their work.

I know first-hand the power a book can have on raising your profile and accelerating your business.  My first book “Stress-Free Self-Publishing” radically expanded the reach of my business and helped to position me as an expert in self-publishing, as well as giving me the springboard I needed to get my message that self-publishing can be professional to a much wider audience.

But unlike many self-publishing advocates, I believe that traditional publishing has a place in a balanced literary ecosphere. I know that self-publishing, whilst being the best option for many authors, is not the best option for every author. And I want to help you make that decision for yourself with the benefit of all the facts.
